The management software is installed on the computer and is used to set patrol plans, save patrol records, and analyze records according to the plan to obtain statistical reports such as normal, missed, and delayed. There are many types of patrol management software. Leaders can conduct random checks on their own and understand the patrol personnel's work situation at the first time, but its authenticity and reliability are not very high. Because patrol personnel can discover that leaders are conducting random checks through the community's existing television monitoring system, they can appear to be working seriously during the random check; a major drawback of this method is the low probability, the number of times leaders conduct random checks is limited, and the quality of work during the remaining time cannot be guaranteed, let alone the preservation and transmission of historical data and the analysis and processing of historical data.
